Franklin del birrificio siciliano “The Brews Brothers” di nazionalità italiana. Birra in stile Red IPA con una gradazione alcolica del 6,2%. Il colore è rossastro ed ha una schiuma avorio fine e abbondante poco persistente, mentre al naso vengono fuori sentori floreali e di fieno. Al gusto si avvertono note caramellate e resinose, quasi impercettibili le sfumature tostate con un retrogusto floreale ed un finale lievemente amaro. Corpo medio-basso con una carbonazione media. Birra particolare che consigliamo di provare, l’abbiamo definita una IPA autunnale. Cheers!
